Date: 2008-11-28 08:12 am (UTC)The predicted impact site is located in South West Saskatchewan near a place called Lloydminster. My geosciences prof was interviewed on the local news. They are asking for people to check their video surveillance tapes for footage to help narrow down the trajectory and ultimately helping locate the impact site.
Apparently there is a reward for the meteor rocks, it's up to $12,000 now. If I didn't have finals to study for and papers to write, I would be making my way over to Saskatchewan :D
