I was sitting there, minding my own business, taking photos of the little Christmas tree. Once done, I put it back where it belonged, came back to find the cat had moved in on the garland, so I snapped a photo.

And since he was being so amenable, I stuck reindeer antlers on him! Horrifying photos and videos below the cut! ;)

A view from above.

The antlers start on his neck/shoulders and immediately slide down (he's tubular) and despite the glare, he actually likes it. He begins to purr... plus he knows I'm giving him kitty crack (aka catnip) ;)

And lastly, a video of the cat snorting catnip... ;)

Disclaimer: No kitties were harmed in the making of this video. ;)

Oh gosh I am *so* jealous of your Siamese. They are my absolute favorite breed of cats, and SOMEDAY I will have one.

Until then I have a psychotic dumpee, Himilayan thing, and the odd little gay* mutt cat.

The Himilayan came home from work with me one day(I volunteer in an animal shelter) after I fell madly in love with her while I was pregnant. Though she is totally insane I still love her(I don't know too many cats who will hang upside down from things *shakes head*)

As for the other one he's just *special* I got him when I was in high school shortly after my accident, and hand raised him(his mother decided she'd leave him behind in our school greenhouse). He's most definitely not *tubular* though he'd like to think he is *grins*

Okay I think I've hijacked your comments enough now *g*

Siamese are wonderful. Don't know if I could afford one now as breeders charge an arm and a leg!

Insane cats are sorta fun, though, don't you think? ')

I'm all for rescue over breeder though, so I wouldn't have to worry so much about the breeder cost ;) Something about where I volunteer I get first dibs on any and all cats that come through(since as 'staff' I see them before the general public).

Insane cats are way more fun than normal cats- having 7 cats running around here I should know as we have the whole gamut covered.

My favorite has to be the declawed one(he was a rescue) who is the toughest cat in a 4 house radius. All the neighbor dogs are scared to death of him because he's so tough(he insists upon living indoor/outdoor which is really rather annoying as he should be *indoor only*).

Yeah, I've heard of Siamese rescue but there are none around here. Of course, by the time I want a new cat, there could be... Most people around here are buying beagles (gah, and those dogs howl!)

Well, we dont have a Siamese rescue that I know of around here we just have animal shelters mostly, but I'm sure if I asked they could connect me with the right people *g*

'My' Shelter is a kind of awesome one, as they only take in the neediest of the needy, from 'death row'(the ones who are about to be euthanized) of the other local shelters, and they keep them as long as they need. We had one cat(Patches/Snickers/Princess/Grump/etc) who was there over a year and a half before she was adopted.
