I don't think you need an ipod to watch it, you just need iTunes. It will download in there and then you can watch it in there too.

Yeah I bought them a long time ago, and they were super pricey back then too. I love that show so much though. So worth the price. Although I wish the sets weren't so chunky. I don't know if they've gone to slim-packs yet, but mine are HUGE. *L*

I don't know that you need an iPod. I can watch the SGA episodes I've downloaded to my iTunes on my laptop.

If all else fails, I can lend you my Farscape discs, so long as you don't let the critters or your action figures play with them. ;-)

Farscape is the epitome of AWESOME.

The problem is, if the first episode doesn't hook you, you have to give it at least half of the first season, and then it will truly own you.

As a whole while the series had it's up and downs (and which series doesn't) it was a great piece of science fiction.

True, but unfortunately since the great Fisher Broadcasting vs. Dish Network death match that started in December I've been having to make due with tv on the PC for several shows.

Yea, I broke down and bought the entire season on iTunes b/c I want to re-watch this series. (surprise, surprise)
You could always come play along with this group farscaperewatch, a couple newbies are watching as well. They're planning to start with the first episode of season1 in a week or so.
That way, you'll know folks watching the episodes around the same time that you can chat with.
