I also think it might be The Closer. On showfax's website, there is an episode of The Closer being cast right now and one of the characters is an FBI agent! That would be great to see David acting again - and especially in a show that is the highest rated show on cable.

I'm glad he's got an acting job - even if it's only an episode. I've missed seeing his face on my tv screen! (Too bad I really hate that show. I'll watch the episode - just for him. Because I'm that kind of fan. *facepalm*)

If it's the role of FBI agent on The Closer, it looks like Episode 5.04, Walking Back The Cat (link goes to Spoiler TV's casting call page, which includes basic episode info).

Funny bit is the character description says he "enjoys pushing [Brenda's] buttons" and my first thought was, "Yeah, David can do that sort of role." ;)

oh man. does this mean i have to get into another show that I do not like and because I like a guest star and then end up loving the show and adding it to my busy, packed tv schedule? (I totally did that with burn notice and MS)
