This was cool, and totally unexpected. While I was waiting for a squirrel to show up to take the donut bait laid out on the patio, I just looked out the window and whoa! the FOX! I've seen it (pretty sure it's the same one) on and off the last year or so, coming down to raid the food I throw out for the crows (old bread, etc.). Anyway, shot this through a window (which yeah, should get washed, but it's gonna rain, so.....).

I LOVE foxes! They're my favourite animals!

We had one in our back garden a few nights back, but we couldn't see it, but we could hear it!

I see foxes virtually every time I head into town...there's a short section of the railway line where about six of them live...it's next to an ambulance depot and I think the staff feed them :)

I think I've been feeding this fox forever without knowing it! ;)

Heh, wrap a piece of bacon around Shep and that would be the end of him as he's carried off by the fox!

You have the coolest backyard. Seriously envious. Except for the Giant Slime Monster, of course.

Cool! I like foxes - we have one that we think uses our garden regularly. That is, we have seen it a few times over the last year or so, and whenever we see it, it's usually either going up or down our driveway!! And when it snowed, new fox prints appeared every morning - pity we don't see it very often, but I've usually gone to bed before it visits us!

Very cool. Lovely animal with its puffy tail and slender legs. Nature. Ain't it grand?

AWE.. I must have missed this post when I was on a couple days ago.. I LOVE animals!! I once got into an argument with my neighbor about feeding stray cats.. but when you live in a college town and students buy animals and leave them behind my heart aches!!
