I'm going to have to get some non-Stargate Atlantis David Helwett (and Joe Flanigan and Jason Momoa, etc. etc.) icons, I suppose, for future stuff (as I'm not counting on SGA movies any time soon). But I digress
Snippet from article today:
David Hewlett has been cast in The Whistleblower, an independent film starring Rachel Weisz...
The independent film begins shooting next week in Romania, and tells the story of a Nebraska police officer who outed the U.N. for covering up a sex trafficking scandal while serving as a peacekeeper in post-war Bosnia. The movie is based on a true story.
Hewlett (SGA's "Rodney McKay") plays an American U.N. peacekeeper posted in Bosnia, who is suspected of being involved in the scandal

I'm hazarding a guess this is not a large pivotal role, but I'm not complaining!

Date: 2009-10-25 10:25 pm (UTC)I know he is very interested in pursuing it
It seems that each time I hear a panel it is always same stuff
It is why I would not ask anything like what they have been asked
countless times
I also would love to know what his history major was, but
a huge question in my mind is what he thinks of the whumping that
takes place in ff directed at Sheppard who he obviously likes.
I am sure he must be aware.
That one would be interesting
In the M7 community they asked the two leads what they thought of the ff and in particular slash.........one said he was thoroughly disgusted, the other one laughed.
Of course there is a lot of McShep, but what I am wondering about are the whumpers........
