Darn. Just read at http://www.ksitetv.com/nbcs-jim-rockford-is-cast/ that the remake of Rockford Files has been cast. No sign of Joe Flanigan, however. They reportedly went with Dermot Mulroney, who has never done anything for me in all the years I've seen him in films, etc.

However, this means one less show to look out for. Maybe Michael Shanks will get Hawaii Five-O. One can hope...

There's another loser..........
Mulroney is barely taller than I am.......
That should look good up against the monsters he will
engage as part of his daily routine.
Suffice to say, that's it for me. I am just not interested
in watching a fine show go down the tubes, probably by end of
1st season.
Joe could have done wonders with it.
Once again shows how stooooooooooooooooooopid La la land is.

Hollywood is just going with who t hink they will draw in bigger bucks, I'm sure, although I've seen several of Dermot's works and for the life me can't remember any of them!

**nods**
Definitely not memorable......
He is wooden in his acting........Rockford does not need wooden
He was in The Wedding Date with Deborah Messing.
If you take a look at IMDB you will see it did not achieve many stars..........
I think they made a colossal mistake in picking him
He is NOT that well known, but I guess they want someone who is
not hot
