long and lean and that is what he is looking like, much like
he did in SGA.....
He may just be working toward some better 'cuts' as they say in the body build biz........

He looks so different. He is looking older. Great!!! But older. I think he slimmed down and the hair is getting longer. Maybe it was that shirt though that made him look thinner.

It's good to see he's not going all "arnie".. comics asside, having "played" with swordsmen for a good ammount of time in my life. I always think swordsmen should be broad shouldered and whippy (like beastmaster) not built like they can crush cows with their thighs...

Yeah, the body-building excess (like WWE) is just not appealing, plus if you're wielding a sword, it limits your mobility!

One of the best swordsman physiques I have seen in a long time was the guy plying Richard Cypher in Legend of the seeker.. mind you it is the same in the Conan movies.. the only person who I believed from looking at his physique was a a swords man is the thief Subotai.. who is played by a championship surfer..
