And I got bored several weeks back, and made this short video of bacon cooking on the stove. It's turkey bacon, hence the sound of cat yowling in background to "feed me!" Vegetarians may avert their eyes ;)

I NEED one of those marvelous BLTs that I eat in summer when tomatoes are at their peek...........
I put is all on a lush Panini roll from Delphina's Bakery with some fine lettuce, also from farmers' market..... tomatoes, mayo, and then fall in love all over again with summer.
