Not me, but a Stargate Atlantis pal had a bad experience with a dolt (to be polite) on her live journal, so this little ditty below (in spoiler cut) is for her.

If you're not an SGA fan, and not a fanfic writer/reader, and have no idea what 'whump' means, then as a traffic cop might say at a hideous car wreck "move along, move along, there's nothing to see here...." ;)

A few of my favorite things

Blood drops on clothing, and scorch marks on jumpers
Rope burns on ankles, and gleeful happy whumpers
Purple bruises on colonels all tied up with vine
These are a few of my favorite things

Blue-colored skin, and forty-odd stitches
Poisons and Wraith marks and plants that cause itches
Iratus bugs that cling, with pinchers on their claws
These are a few of my favorite things

400 joules charge! I need an IV stat!
Tubes, wires and catheters and nasty bleeding lashes
Cute Scottish doctors scrambling to and fro...
These are a few of my favorite things

When the live journal bites, when a fan’s words stings, when I'm feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite things and then I don't feel so bad...

It's not perfect, since I'm not a song writer! ;)

Brilliant! We should adopt it as our official anthem of whump. :D
