Date: 2008-05-19 07:29 am (UTC)The foxes here in London are getting bolder, we see them trotting about all the time. It used to be only after dark, now it's during the day too. In fact there's one i see every morning as i walk to work, just walks right on past without a second glance. And we had a young one curled up outside our fornt door. Which would be fine cept we live on the fourth floor!!
I'm really intrigued about the ones we see in the play area - i swear they're on the swings as soon as no-one's about...

Date: 2008-05-19 06:24 pm (UTC)My parents used to have a silver fox that would come up to the porch - gorgeous animal. It would stay about 10 feet to them, and liked to be talked to. It would squint and knead its paws just like a cat. They suspect it may have been someone's pet that was just turned loose. Disappeared one day - they figure someone shot it.
