Stargate Atlantis cast in behind-the-scenes videos on finale

Taking another stab at embedding videos. Joe Mallozzi posted two short clips from the finale of season 5 of Stargate Atlantis - well, heck, end of the show :( The last couple seconds of this video are sooo cute. Decided to put 'em both under the cut just in case folks haven't seen the finale.

I still believe had they stuck to the original formula,
e.g. kept Weir and Carson and had some decent writing
e.g they had in Conversion and a few others early on,
we would not be doing this.

Awww, Ronon hugging Sheppard would've made that ending better for me! If only they could've just done a team grou-hug... (interesting that Rodney looking over at the rest of the team seem to be scripted, at least he did it in both of these takes...)

I do not think it would have mattered whether they kept Weir and Carson, other than the fact that it would have provided us with a better SGA....it is simply about the bottom line....I guarrantee that if SGU does well that we will see the exact same scenario happen yet again. They will hook a whole bunch of fans to the new show and then cancel to make a movie.

Sigh....
