It's a cricket. Repeat, a cricket, not a cockroach ;) And very tiny, about the size of my fingernail, if that, but if you watch carefully, you can see his antannae are twice the size of his body. And the noise in the background is a TV commercial, and then, the cat (in video before this) yowling "feed me!"

Heh, sounds like they're trying to gaslight you. If one of them gets too out in open, well, there's a cat waiting to land on it ;)
