In a series of six novels set after STARGATE ATLANTIS' final season, the groundbreaking STARGATE ATLANTIS Legacy series from Fandemonium Books sees Atlantis return to the Pegasus Galaxy. No, not necessarily. The books have never been considered as being part of canon by the producers and writers of the show (Joe Mallozzi has expressed this on a few occasions in his blog) - in fact, there are canon errors in a few of them!

Recent news is that talks about the SG1 movie are moving forward. Of course, we have yet to see what that means! I think it's always been MGM's intention to release the SG1 movie first, so if that one gets greenlit and moving, hopefully they'll then turn their attention to the SGA movie.

Of course, their financial problems aren't helping - even holding up the next Bond movie and The Hobbit one as well - but I've not given up hope yet!

I'd love to see SGA movie, but am not holding breath. I dare say SG1 will get movie treatment first, and then of course they have to do Bond movies...

Sounds good! :) Let's hope we won't have to wait too long. I can't count the times I had to order "Hunt and Run" and "Dead End" until they were finally released.

If you don't pre-order them here (Amazon.de) you'll have to wait another few weeks to receive a copy. A friend of mine ordered hers when mine had already been shipped - she's still waiting. Guess mine were in the first batch Amazon had ordered from overseas...

One of the authors, jo_graham, has been answering questions about the Legacy series, her take on the characters, behind-the-scenes info, and her writing process in general. I'd fallen out of reading most tie-in novels for shows I like, but her posts have made me resolve to track down this entire series. She posted a plot timeline with specific dates, for cryin' out loud.
