MGM's Stargate Atlantis site starting to do Season 4 publicity

If you go here - http://stargate.mgm.com/characters.php - you'll find updated bios for the Stargate Atlantis cast. Everybody has new photos, well, except for Weir and Carson, as they're toast so MGM/SciFi isn't gonna waste time taking new photos.

Nice airbrushing on Joe. Cos you know, airbrushing the lines off a 40 year old man doesn't look exactly like airbrushing the lines off a 40 year old man.

There's obviously some touchup on the shots, but at least we don't get the Photoshop poisoning we got on SG1 in season 10. Awful.

Some is understating it on Joe...I hate that they do that. It looks so unnatural...

And god the SG-1 S10 shots were awful...

The SG10 shots were.... well, I refused to even download any as JPGs they were so plastic... I mean, they were turned into mannequins with all that touchup!

I have the SG-1 pics only because I downloaded a zip of the contents of New Atlantis from someone on my f-list, and they'd included those too.

Totally stupid. There can't be that many opportunities to make money from SciFi promo shots. The episode imagery makes me laugh most. You can get almost as good a quality image from a HDTV HR xvid rip...
